Audubon c/o Entertainment Retail Enterprises, LLC will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase directly from store.audubon.org if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.
Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Special Products and Exceptions
Merchandise purchased between November 7th and December 18th will be accepted for return through January 18th. Merchandise purchased after December 18th is subject to the terms stated above.
Personalized, Customized, Create Your Own or Special Order merchandise, merchandise marked "As Is", "All Sales Final" or "No refunds, exchanges or returns" or similar language, Gift Wrap and Shipping/Handling Fees may not be returned or exchanged.
DVD, Video, Audio and Software merchandise (excluding Special Order DVDs) must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Damaged or defective DVD, Video, Audio and Software merchandise may only be exchanged for the same merchandise and title (if still available.)

Ensure the return label is securely attached to the outside of the package. If reusing the original packaging, please ensure no other addresses are visible. You can return using any parcel service, although we recommend a service that provides a tracking service.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and retain it until you are refunded. If products are lost in transit, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for cost.
Please enclose the original order details and original receipt with the product and package securely.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original currency of purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after returned item is inspected and approved for return.

Such connections may be found in the form of:
Receiving consideration (i.e. monetary compensation, including fees or commissions; gift cards; event access; prizes; free or discounted products or services) provided by Adubon (or any of its agents acting on its behalf) to the Endorser;
A relationship between Adubon and the Endorser (such as employment or contractual relationships); or
Potential consideration gained through a promotion, contest, or sweepstakes for which participation is conditioned upon an Endorsement.

Associates who violate any portion of this Policy will be disciplined, up to and including termination.

WHAT IS YOUR STORE HOST?
Our store is hosted on WPEngine. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
